Come and join us to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week Inspired by Nature. For You Workshops Presents Nature for the Mind.
Our wellbeing is directly effected by how much time we spend in nature. Amazing right!? We can feel better just by going into natural spaces. This year the theme for Mental Health Awareness week is, 'Let Nature In', so For You Workshops has curated an event to raise awareness about the effect of nature on our wellbeing. The morning will be made up of inspirational speakers and workshops including a delicious plant-based breakfast, goodie bags - all whilst raising awareness and funds for the Mental Health Foundation (MHF).
